Betsy is an incredible realtor. We were unable to go and see the house so she FaceTimed us and went in our stead. The pictures were good but honestly, by being able to see it and ask her questions while she was there it was the next best thing. We loved the house and decided to put in an offer...

Betsy explained the situation to us. She also told us she would be able to craft our offer to make it more lucrative to the seller. Multiple options. We went with a few that we felt were in our best interest but would still set us apart from the rest.

They had 15 (FIFTEEN) offers on the house and chose ours!!! We were in complete disbelief and shock to be honest. We didn’t overbid but thanks to Betsy, we were awarded a beautiful house in a great neighborhood at the perfect price and couldn’t be happier. We are so excited to start this next chapter in our lives.
